Ole Brook Web Services, LLC (“OBWS,” “we,” “us”) provides managed infrastructure, design, and security services including the free GraceDNS filtering ministry. By using our websites or services you agree to the terms below.
Ole Brook Web Services is offered free of charge for individual believers, families, small nonprofits, and churches. We built GraceDNS first and foremost to serve Christ, and it also became the default DNS we deploy to protect every Ole Brook Web Services customer network. We simply ask that you use prayer and discernment as you consider whether our services fit your household or ministry and whether the Lord is prompting you to support it.
If you represent a for-profit business, commercial enterprise, or industry use case, please contact us at sales@olebrookwebservices.com before deploying the service so we can provide a formal quote and ensure the deployment meets your needs.
Ole Brook Web Services is provided on a best-effort basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. Because the service is free, you acknowledge that outages or changes may occur.
Voluntary gifts help cover hosting and development costs, but they do not create a paid subscription, priority support, or uptime guarantee. We encourage supporters to give only as the Lord leads through prayer and discernment. Gifts are processed through Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s Services Agreement and Privacy Policy.
OLE BROOK WEB SERVICES (INCLUDING GRACEDNS) IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED $10 USD.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you are abusing the service or violating these terms. You may stop using Ole Brook Web Services at any time by changing your DNS or discontinuing the relevant service.
Our handling of DNS data and operational logs is described in the Privacy Policy. By using Ole Brook Web Services you consent to that policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may modify these terms at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Your continued use of Ole Brook Web Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
